Cay Brøndum's 1949 Harley-Davidson Bobber
This Panhead bobber took artist Cay Brøndum over 200 hours to build. He started with a bare frame and then collected parts from all over the world: from eBay, flea markets and friends. The engine is a mix of early Shovel and 1963-65 Panhead. At the front is an original 1949 Hydra-Glide fork, lowered two inches using White Brothers springs. The chopped handlebars are Panhead originals, along with the 3.5-gallon tank (hand-lettered and rattlecan-painted).
